Our journey started as an online store selling digital art, but we quickly ran into a major challenge—printing. Without our own equipment, we relied on third-party print fulfillment services, only to discover how difficult it was to find reliable partners. Many printers weren’t interested in collaboration, and those who were came with high prices, poor service, and branding issues. Worst of all, I had no control over delays, misprints, or shipping mistakes.

After working with 13–14 different print fulfilment providers, facing long delays, wrong packages being sent, and frustrated customers, I realized I wasn’t the only one struggling. That’s when I decided to build the solution I wished existed—a print fulfilment service with the speed, affordability, and reliability of an in-house print division.
